Skilled trades workforce for critical infrastructure

We recruit, train and place electrical, HVAC and plumbing talent for the contractors building data centers and industrial facilities.

Electrical · HVAC · Plumbing · Data centers · Industrial facilities · OSHA card · Starter tool kit · Training at no cost to candidates ·

What we do

Three trades, built for heavy industrial work rather than residential jobs.

Electrical helper pulling heavy cable into an overhead tray beside data center switchgear

Electrical

Power distribution, cabling and the electrical systems behind modern facilities.

Industrial chiller plant with large blue piping and valves

HVAC

Industrial cooling and air handling, the systems that keep critical facilities running.

Plumbing

Large-scale piping and process systems. Industrial work, not residential.

For candidates

A way into the trades that costs you nothing

You don't need experience. You need to be willing to learn and willing to relocate. We cover your training, your materials, your OSHA card and a starter tool kit, then we place you with a contractor who needs you.

For contractors

People who arrive ready to work

Hiring from the open market means training from zero. We send you candidates who already understand the fundamentals, carry their own basic tools, and have been screened before they reach your site. You tell us what you need and where. We handle the rest.
